#73 Custom position of Docker bar

What I really find useful is the ability to place the
Docker bar at the vertically at the left (and right or
top while we are at it). I am one of those freaks who
have their vertical taskbar both in linux or windows.
The fork KlearDock had this option, but the development
stopped one or two years ago, not to mention it has
some afwul bugs.
