#30 Allow change of thumbnail icons

I love having the slick appearance of the docker.
However, most stock thumbnail images that are placed on
the docker to represent a running app (especcially
mozilla and xmms) are ugly. it would be a gerat step
if we could assign images to applications, rather than
the app just handing one off to the docker.
