By manually configuring the loading of the ' drivetemp ' kernel module, lmsensors is able to detect the temperature of the disks (and you can avoid using hddtemp). ksensors5 uses qt 5 and kde 5 libraries (also 6) INFO ksensors5 is a fork of ksensors and several customizations. It also works in gnome, but since the system tray is missing, the sensors anchored in the system tray are missing, and the ability to close the window with the panels is missing. ksensors5 - Release ksensors5 0.0.1 - Last official version in git repository. - Last change on .tar.bz2 file. Report bugs, test, etc., are welcome; Requests are welcome, but it is not guaranteed when and if they will be processed. ksensors4 (qt/kde 4) - Release v2. ksensors3 (qt/kde 3) - Resources need to be installed. - The installation settings need to be full reviewed. - In the autostart .desktop file, to Exec= manually add --autostart .
