#4 pass arguments to alarm program

I would be nice to be able to pass arguments when you call a
program or script in case of alarm, for example "device name"
"current value" "max or min" "max or min value".

This way you can call a script that logs the alarm in syslog or
send an email to the administrator like "ksensors alarm! CPU
fan is 0 which is below the min of 1000. System shutdown
initiated".

My current alternative is to call sensors inside my script then
process the results to figure out what went wrong. While it's not
that hard, it's kindof redundant.
