I have tried both kSar-5.0.6 and kSar-5.1,0.beta4 and both fail to graph the attached file.
Can you please help.
I think the issue here is that the machine I ran Sar on has 16 CPUs. Can Ksar cope with that many CPUs?
I did some more digging and found out that if I take out the detailed interrupt section from the file the Ksar can plot the reminder of data including CPU.
So in summary take out the whole section with the following header and it will run.

Yes, 16 CPU machines have worked for me in the past.
I'm searching the comments here because I'm running into a problem reading from a file. Connecting & downloading data over ssh has always worked for me.
