Kryptmin is a an encryption manager designed to make file encryption simple for ordinary people. It's basic interface is easy to use, while at the same time it supports some power features. For example a power user can specify an arbitrary algorithm for choosing passwords, while the typical user will only have to specify a root password once at installation time. It supports a simple way of sharing encrypted files between users, not as clever as PGP, but adequate for most people.

Additionally, it can act as a web password manager. It is easy to use and it allows saving notes about each site. For example, you can save the answers to the security questions you chose.
