#35 New folder name by selected file

When you press F7 to create new folder, the suggested name is the name of current file (i.e. the file under selection rectangle). This feature is useful, for example, when you are sorting your collection of programs (you want to place file apache-tomcat-6.0.26.zip to folder apache-tomcat, because you will store here newer versions).
Suggested name is selected, so if you don`t want it, you will overwrite it with yours name. That`s why usability will not suffer.
