#2 Non-ASCII Characters = ??????????

Non-ASCII Characters do not get converted properly and
result in ??????????????..... For example Quebec with
an accent results in Qu???? and ? for any non-space
character after until the end.

The RSS/RDF file should be able to detect these non-
ascii characters and convert them to HTML character
code, ie  for a.

However, the Qt XML Parser (2.x) will strip out anything
between & and ; in text. Why, I don't know.

Hopefully this will be fixed in future version, such
as 3 and later. I still have to test this but I am
keeping my fingures crossed - or less I will have to
figure out another work around.
