when browsing a file "file.txt", the browser asks
wether i want to save it or open it with an external
application.

The content type is plain/text so it would display it,
nothing more.

This problem relates to how we transmit the text files we
are only sending \n when we should translate these to \r\n
will look at checking the content type and modifing the data
on the fly.
