#3 UnitSet Manager

There is a start of a UnitSet Manager tool that allows the user to easily create UnitSets. However, it isn't done and only supports Spritesheet created using the default Unit graphics (cannot import images, etc).

The Manager should be able to load and appropriately display current UnitSets (default Unit graphics, spritesheets, and individual images). The user should be able to easily create new UnitSets using any of the aforementioned graphic tools, as well as edit existing UnitSets.
