#24 Cache of the host application

Caching of the host application may prevent kreXX from being called on a page refresh. The wrapper modules need to tap into the caching framework of the used cms and do a cache wipe after the last kreXX instance is called.

Since this is a rather severe tampering with the host-cms, this feature must be toggleable, with the default value -> OFF.
