install the srpm
copy the patch to /usr/src/packages/sources
edit the spec file add the patch to the list of patches with a
number
then add the patch number to the fo patches to install
try to build the rpm
warning it may not complie properly you may have to edit the
patch
if you dont know how to do this this patch is not for you at this
time
please learn how to program or wait for it to be become part of
the standard kernel source
