operational concept description (OCD):

Broadcasted chat text will be analysed, filtered and modified as follows.

Filter:
-Only specific acronyms/codes will be routed to team or public.
-Client-side yellow text will be filtered out.

Modification:
-Specific acronyms/codes will be highlighted (yellow text).
-Leader or everyone can send yellow text by prefixing text w some TBD code (e.g. "!")
