Basically, the java stuff isn't where cmake looked, so you'll have to
setup the appropriate values.  To fix,
edit your build/CMakeCache.txt and fill in values for those variables.
For example:

JAVA_INCLUDE_PATH:PATH=/usr/java/include
JAVA_INCLUDE_PATH2:PATH=/usr/java/include/linux
