Export dialog now shows directory entries

Hi Kris,

I committed a fix to the "Export to XML" dialog. Previously, it did not show directory entries e.g. after going up a level, preventing navigation to other directories. Now navigation and the usual behavior for "Save as" dialogs is available. The file can now be saved in different directories. Hope this also conforms to your intentions.
