#5 Always visible under windows

New option for always visible when all windows are minimized and when window are maximized the dock is under all the windows.

That's the feature i miss in this project, and i'm sure it will come soon, won't it?

I would like to allow other windows to cover the dock, and as soon as the pointer hits the border of the screen (top or bottom, depending on the placement) it would unhide, let you click, and hide again.

If no window were over the dock, it would be always visible.

This behavious is implemented in KDE panel hide behaviour menu.
