#18 DateTime Issue

Hello sir, I have date time formte problem. I have one exce file and in this one column i add value like "11/25/2020" but it returns "11-25-2020" , i don't want to add formate. how it return exact value.
Please help. If i add formate then it works. i want to get exact value without formate.
I am attach one excel file please find and let me know.
