#8 manually connecting to transport

It would be nice to have a feature to manually connect to a
transport that was for some reason recently disconnected.

For example, Yahoo always seems to start up disconnected. I
would like to see a feature where if I double click or select a
"reconnect" option in the "right-click menu", Konverse will
attempt to reconnect to the server. It usually logs in fine
after that and stays up. Gabber has this feature and it was
very nice.
