#2 Delete file

It should be possible to delete a file either from the
menu or a popup menu when right-clicking on the file.
Popup menu would be preferable since more actions could
be added later on the file (or directory).

    Removing a file from the project is already possible using
    the trash can icon below the project manager window while
    the file to be deleted has to be selected.

    Anyway, I will add a popup menu because I think this is a
    good idea.

    Should the program ask the user to remove the file from disk
    too, as kdevelop does or is it senseless? What do You think?

    Now, there is a popup menu to remove a file.

    Concerned files:
    src/klprojectmanagerwidget.cpp
    src/klprojectmanagerwidget.h

    If you think, that the program should ask the user, if the
    file should be removed from disk, feel free to reopen the
    feature request.

    Yes, great! Exactly what I had in mind. Ask if the file
    should be deleted from disk.
