#22 t/iban_gen.t fails on some systems (6.06)

On one of my smoker systems the iban_gen.t test fails:

This system is a freebsd 11 system, but I think this does not matter (it passes on older freebsd systems (9, 10), and newer (12, 13)). Maybe what matters is that the VM is located in the US , unlike my other smoker systems?

Today it looks worse: it seems to fail on all of my smokers, not only the US-based one.

thank you for the note - the problem was an time-dependend test that changed on monday. I tested the files on friday and saturday, and everything was ok; but on monday one test was changed and caused the fail.

I have uploaded a modified version 6.07 that fixes this issue.
