Companion to grynn-in/konsol#86 (Assertion Run naming + dashboard redesign). Merge after [#86].

Reflects the 2nd-pass renames in the open_epm docs:

• Period Close → Assertion Run, Assertion Result → Assertion Step, Scenario Definition → Scenario.

Files

• konsol-doctype-map.md — doctype tree + reference table + naming note; stamp → konsol @ 31b9d8d.
• entity-close-and-reconciliation.md — the existing group-level gate is the Assertion Run doctype (runs the dbt assertion suite, records green/red); this doc's whole premise (no real per-entity close yet) now reads clearly, and "Close"/"Period Close" is reserved for the entity-close it specifies.
• konsol-exec-orchestrator.md, initial-setup-guide.md, budget-layers.md — doctype references.

Historical docs (docs/prd/*, decisions/*) left verbatim per the naming-loop rule. mkdocs build --strict passes.
