In trying Komposer for the first time I tried editing some existing pages. I use pretty basic clean HTML but use php includes for meta tags, footers, to include mail forms etc.

When I open these pages in Kompose it promptly strips all of my PHP Include statements out of the code.  How can I open existing files without having these codes removed by Komposer?

Is there some setting I have not found to tell it to leave existing code alone when opening?  With hundreds of existing sites this would be a MAJOR flaw to deal with.

    Ideas?

I have successfully edited PHP pages with Kompozer.

I think you need to install the NSM and HandCoder extensions to Kompozer to do it, however.

      For more information, see:

Since that's Kazé's site, presumably any Kompozer extensions you find there are likely to be reasonable.
