I unpacked the file (https://sourceforge.net/projects/kompozer/files/current/0.8b3/linux-i686/kompozer-0.8b3.en-US.gcc4.2-i686.tar.gz/download) and ./kompozer (in the terminal) does exactly nothing, just returns to command prompt. This is on Peppermint Linux 7/64.
