#731 Find and replace does not work

I am using KompoZer 0.8b3 running under Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit. When I attempt to use Find and Replace to find text know to be in the "Source" view of an html document, I receive the message, "The text you entered was not found." I get this error even for common words such as "function." I have also made sure I had a replace word entered in the "Replace with" box.
