#703 Kompozer doesn't use gnome font configuration

If gnome font configuration is set to a font whose name has non latin characters (like Japanese), Kompozer will not use that font for the UI and use the fallback font instead. Thunderbird and Firefox had the same problem a while ago but they fixed it.

A temporary workaround is to use gconf-edit and change the font name to its latin equivalent, providing it has one (in my case, it has).
