rightclicking a HTML file in Windows (Vista) Explorer > open with > browse > pick Kompzer.exe:
Windows doesn't react, returns to Program choices without adding Kompozer.
This only happens with Kompozer 8.3b - with 7.7, this way of opening wirked fine.
