How to handle installation questions

Questions about the installation of KOMA-Script, including questions about guides to the individual components of KOMA-Script, are—as surprising as this may be for some users—usually not very specific to KOMA-Script, but rather questions about the used TeX distribution. The TeX distribution in turn is largely independent of the used LaTeX editor. For such questions, the manual of the TeX distribution should be consulted. Nevertheless, some of these questions shall be answered here, at least partially:

• How to find the manual for KOMA-Script classes and packages
• How to print the KOMA-Script manual reasonably despite the strange layout
