How to change the document title

The document title is more or less the figurehead of a document. Here there are the most diverse requirements. In the KOMA-Script classes the two common variants of the in-page title as well as the title pages are available. Both are significantly extended compared to the standard classes. Nevertheless, these are only standard forms that are well suited for working papers, for example. For concrete publications both as articles and books, on the other hand, special titles are almost always prescribed, which are better designed freely. Here, for example, the environment titlepage is of good service.

Apart from KOMA-Script there are however also example collections of document titles, which can with good care be used as a solution assistance. Here as an example the project titlepage is mentioned. It is to be noted that this comes likewise from the pen of the KOMA-Script author, but has no direct relation to KOMA-Script. In particular, the maintenance does not take place in the context of this wiki or the KOMA-Script bug tracker!
