If you are already sure that you have found a bug in KOMA-Script or even the manual for it, you should preferably report it in the official issue tracker. Preferred language there is English. Reports in German are currently exceptionally possible as well. Please refer to the Formatting Help. Before creating a new bug report, it is essential to check whether a similar bug has already been reported and possibly even solved.
Furthermore, bug reports are possible via e-mail to the address given in the manual. However, processing there may take longer.
If you are not sure if it is a bug in KOMA-Script, you are welcome to use the German KOMA-Script forum on goLaTeX. There you can also ask general questions about KOMA-Script. Alternatively, other LaTeX forums using other languages can be used, but the KOMA-Script author himself is more likely to be found on goLaTeX.
In any case, you should always describe a problem in a way that others can understand it as easily as possible. This (almost) always includes a so-called complete minimal working example. Without such an example, questions often cannot be answered and often will not be answered at all.
