#99 Feature Request: Customizable vertical space before \closing in scrlttr2

I would like to request a new feature for the scrlttr2 class concerning the vertical space between the letter's body and the closing. Currently, this space is fixed at one \baselineskip.

While this default is often appropriate, it would be beneficial to have an option to customize this spacing to accommodate different stylistic preferences or formal requirements.

I suggest introducing a new pseudo-length, such as closingbeforevskip.
