#54 tlpdb lists files under doc/ as runfiles, should probably be docfiles

Found while testing texlive 2023.66594 packages for Arch Linux.
I wanted to be able to run "texdoc scrguide-de".
Which failed, cf. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/78907.
Of course, that was a packaging issue, and I found a workaround.

However, it seems that koma-script is currently the only package in texmf-dist that has files in the doc subtree (including scrguide-{de,en}.pdf) listed as runfiles instead of docfiles in texlive.tlpdb.
That's no longer a problem here, but I thought I should report it to the package author.

In closing: Thanks for KOMA-Script, which is essential for all my longer writings.

This is an issue of Arch Linux not of KOMA-Script.

Additional note: Installing the documentation without the packages or classes etc. or installing the packages or classes etc. without the documentation on a multi-user machine would be distribution only parts of KOMA-Script (see DEFINITIONS section of the LPPL) and therefore would be a violation of the license. Before having the manuals always installed together with the manuals I have had a lot of extra support effort, only because of missing manuals. That's why I've interceded to TeX Live maintainers to not do this. So it is not wrongly it is intended.
