Warning: "… NOT AN OFFICIAL RELEASE…"
KOMA-Script is a bundle of versatile LaTeX classes and packages

Seems there is a packaging mistake with the new KOMA-Script release 3.49.1. Every class and package of the new release adds a message like
(/usr/local/texlive/2025/texmf-dist/tex/latex/koma-script/scrartcl.cls
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
| WARNING (`scrartcl.cls'):
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
| YOU SHOULD NOTE, THAT THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL RELEASE!
| THIS VERSION IS INTENDED TO BE USED FOR TESTING ONLY!
| USAGE FOR PURPOSES OTHER THAN INTENDED IS DANGEROUS!
| DON'T EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FOR THIS VERSION!
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
to the log file. But I'm sure, I'm using the official release, which is part of the today's TeX Live update (as you can see from the file location also copied from the log file).
Yes, it was a bug in the build process. Versions with two dots in the version number automatically have been marked as beta version. This is no longer correct, but I've missed it before the release. It is already changed in [r4260].
Workaround: Ignore the message.
I hope, I can make one more release next week.
