Hi,
In PCs with i810 card, a i810's patched kernel match
good, but if try boot in other PC with other video
card, the kernel crash...

I try make an installer to automatic linux installation
with LPP.

And...
To 2.2.X series... I had patching myself, because the
automatic patch not match.

Sorry, my english is some bad... i'm spanish.

My kernel: 2.2.21
If I compile with VESA and I810 (of course) and with vga16fb
...run without crash...

Now I'll try your patch with LPP.
