Sorry, me again :-)

Kodos 2.4.9/KDE 3.54 - iso-8859-15

When trying to open a file that has some German umlaute
or French accents in the filename like
"fileäöüÄÖÜßéêèàÉÊÈ.kds" Kodos denies opening with an
error
On statusbar you can see the error message and the
wrong encoding "Could not open file for
reading: /path/fileäöüÄÖÜßéêèà ÉÊÈ.kds"so
also the filenames aren't de/encoded properly.

After trying to open another file Kodos doesn't show up
the filerequester box!
You have to reopen a file from the MRU-list in order to
get the opening-dialog back to working correctly...
until next opening problem.

Renaming the files to 7bit-ASCII-names helps but is not
convenient.

This bug seems to be very similar to the other one I
posted some days ago although it affects now the file
opening. Saving is possible but is also blocked until
an MRU-File is opened. As this is bad after having
entered some new text this is a blocker bug!

Bye
