#10 Wrong code displayed / encoding problem

Hello again!

I now refer to Kodos 2.4.9 on Linux/KDE 3.5.4

This bug occures every time I reload a file that has
been saved earlier.

I use iso-8859-1 / latin-1 on my machine. When saving
text containing more than 7-bit ASCII like German
Umlaute or French accents the data in "Search string"
is displayed correctly but in "Match all" it is
displayed if it was translated in unicode characters
which are now shown crippled. For example
äöüÄÖÜßéêèàÉÊÈ become äöüÄÖÜßéêèà ÉÊÈ

After loading such a file even in "Seach String" it is
displayed like former in "match all" (e.g.
äöüÄÖÜßéêèà ÉÊÈ). But now the contents of
"match all" is once more translated so doubling all the
characters ( now it
becomes
äöüÄÖÜßéêèà ÉÊÈ).
