  Removed:     korean/python __init__.py cp949.py euc_kr.py hangul.py
                        iso_2022_kr.py johab.py mackorean.py qwerty2bul.py
                        unijohab.py
  Log:
  Remove selective framework for two implementations, 'C' and 'Python'.
  We'll maintain only 1 implementation from now.
  Accordingly, --with[out]-extension options is removed, too.
