#4 Add a conveyor speed handle

Add a conveyor speed handle that would allow players to manipulate the speed of the conveyor belt. It could be a slider (later skinned). The game speed will not be related to the advance of the levels, because development direction will be different (resource market).

Also need a pausing mechanism. Either key shortcut, one-click button on the screen or mouse leaves window frame.
