#28 Annotating instances

All of the examples and current Knowtator annotation
projects make use classes as the main kind of
annotation rather than instances. As such, Knowtator
has not been tested (other than very superficially) as
to whether instances can be reliable annotated against.
I suspect that bugs may come up for functions such as
merge, IAA, etc.
