#101 synchronize 'default annotator' with selected filter

It may make sense to try to synchronize the configuration settings 'default annotator' and 'default annotation set' with the currently selected filter. For example, when a consensus filter is selected one should typically have as the default annotator the 'consensus set team'. But when a filter is selected that represents an individual's annotations, it probably makes sense to have the default annotator change from the 'consensus set team' to that individual.
