When I open a project from someone else a box pops up with the following dialogue when i select the project to open:
"Adding Knowtator to project. Please select 'Yes' or 'No' from the following dialog then re-open your project. To cancel click 'Cancel'."
I select 'ok' and get the following:
"27. Undefined class: knowtator color assignment found while loading instances
28. Undefined class: knowtator class mention found while loading instances
29. Undefined class: knowtator complex slot mention found while loading instances
30. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_0
31. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30049
32. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30072
33. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30061
34. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30109
35. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30139
36. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30009
37. Undefined instance: knowtator_Instance_30113
See console and log for more details."
I closed the box, "Save Project," close Protege and reopen, then I get the same message about Adding Knowtator to project and a new Load project Errors box with the following;
"There were errors at performing operation.
1. Unable to load project from: file:/C:/Users/arrick/Documents/Biomed/coref/coreffiles/anya/14624252_AD/blank_files/knowtator.pprj
See console and log for more details."
Might you know what is going on and how to resolve this? I'm wondering if it has to to with the annotator saving the project as "Save Knowtator Project" instead of "Save Project As" when first creating and saving this document.
