#172 de-activate delete button when no annotation selected
The Delete button should be de-activated when there is no annotation selected. Clicking on it when there is no annotation selected is somewhat harmless - but does send a stack trace to the console window. There is really no reason to allow clicking on it if there is nothing to delete.
