#170 changing font sizes adds menu item each time
every time you change the font size using Menu -> Window -> Increase Font another menu item is added to the File menu. So, if you increase the font size 5 times, then there will be five menu items labeled "New Knowtator Project" and five more labeled "Save Knowtator Project As ..." This is a pretty silly/embarrassing behavior and should be easy to fix.
A workaround is to increase the font size before opening a project. This can be done by canceling the welcome dialog that appears when Protege is started, increasing the font, and then opening the annotation project.
closing and reopening the project is another workaround.
