#154 initial selection of class for fast annotated nonintuitive

No

When you initially select fast annotate the behavior is unpredictable and unintuitive:
* in one project (containing two annotation types) if I select a class for fast annotate mode, then both classes in my annotation schema are selected
* in another project (containing a few hundred annotation types) if I select "fast annotate" from the menu, then it will select the class at the top of the annotation schema. A subsequent selection results in a dialog labeled "select fast annotation class". This happens if I deselect the selected class and then select "fast annotate" from the menu again.

The initial selection of classes for the fast annotation toolbar consists of the "root classes" that are defined in the Knowtator configuration dialog. That seemed appropriate at the time the feature was implemented. I'm open to further suggestions as to what initial set of classes would be more appropriate.

I think this is a good default. We should add an FAQ that explains this and then close this ticket.
