#120 NullPointerException in consolidateAnnotations(ConsensusSet.

When consolidating annotations during consensus,

in public void consolidateAnnotations(SimpleInstance consensusAnnotation, SimpleInstance redundantAnnotation)

there are occasions when redundantMention is ending up null, and causing a NullPointerException.

One annotator created two identical annotations....
so there were three annotations with the same span

This confused things, and I believe it causes one of the annotations to try to be consolidated twice.

I was using Knowtator 1.3.6 and Protege 3.2.1
