I got almost all the way through the notes on the examples before i noticed that i had a collapsed window titled "comments on this text source". It was MUCH easier to not have to switch back and forth between the browser instruction window and the protege-knowtator example i was trying to understand. i think you should mention that these notes are in this field, and how to find the field if it is hidden.

the webtext says to remove John's Grb2 (which is correct),
but the Knowtator "comments" field says to remove the Ras (which is incorrect for the consensus merging you are trying to show in this example.)
