#115 Filtering Annotations Documentation

on the "filtering annotations" instruction page,
the final annotation filter creation step is performed differently
for the consensus set example. (there are multiple clicks necessary, and you chose the set from the right-panel, not the left, as in the previous steps.)
This is confusing, but i don't have any suggestions to make it better off the top of my head.
"9. Select the sets that the filter will allow by clicking the Add Instance icon above the sets slot.
