Checking out of open document results in error

If you add a new document to KnowledgeTree through
KnowledgeOffice and then check it out immediately
afterwards (while the document is still open) a file
error results (file is not accessible because it is
being used by another process) and the document is
marked as checked out, even though the user does not
have it on his/her system

Fixed. Newly added documents are now automatically checked
out in the background.
