#1 Check out leaves document in read-only mode

In Excel, if you check a document in and then check it
out again, the document is in read only mode. However
if, after checking it out, you close the document in
Excel and repoen it , it is fine

IOfficeDriver class for Excel was opening documents in
read-only mode. This has been corrected. Fix will be
released in next code deployment.
