ask_question.php - Cannot post to DB

Hi there..
   I have managed to install The Knowledgebase software and after editing the tables.sql file, cuilt the tables.  So far, so good!  Now, I can add topics and add users, great!  The problem is when I as a question "ask_question.php" and submit for posting to the DB, I get the following error returned:

****************DB ERROR - invalid query

Can anyone provide some insite as what I might be doing wrong?  Or if there is a code error?  I am not a PHP expert, but I feel confident enough to figure it out with some guidance..

I know there are problems with this. There are in fact so coding errors. I am working on rewriting the database at which point most , if not all, the php files for accessing it will have to be rewritten. Even if you get past that error, there are others. So, in short, be patient I'm working on a new release.

is there a working installation for the knowledgebase project now..the files in the distribution are not working for all the functionalities..

that sounds also like you took tables.sql like me.
but when i took the new_tables.sql everything was fine. maybe you made the same mistake :)
