#2 Chance to close old user session after login

As in release 1.0, if a user forgets to disconnect, he
seems not to be able to login. A error message telling
him that there is an open session is all he gets. The
administrative user must be contacted, so that the old
session can be deleted.

I propose the following change:

After a user as logged in, a check will be performed,
if there is already an active session. If one is found,
the user can delete this old session.
